英文摘要 | "The Chant of Good Character of Wine-Drinking," the essay written by Liu Ling of Chin Dynasty employs the character of Mr. The Great to explore Chuang Tzu's ideology to further express and indicate his personal feelings and thoughts in the essay. The essay of which Liu Ling simulated the writing of "The Legends of Mr. The Great" by Yuan Chi is very similar to each other in terms of contents, though quite different in the subjects entitled. The words and phrases used by Liu Ling are pretty concise with very persuasive analyzing and clear thinking in mind. Though in the past there had already been many papers commenting on it with certain criticisms, the results of the comments were still far from complete. Now I am using the comments from Li Shan as major edition for reference, the edition stored by Fu tribes of Shen-Yang and re-carved of wood-block printing from the Tsun Hsi edition of Sung Dynasty. And I'd extensively survey relevant literature, cross reference to a variety of comments by different schools of scholarship as well as inspect and verify ancient commentaries so as to collect enough evidences to support my own supplemental comments on the essay. There are, however, four directions of commenting on the essay, namely that words and phrases, historical fasts that had happened, clause patterns and literary reference, and so on. I first begins with checking over the right and wrong of the words and phrased used to fully understand what the essay is supposed to teach us; second, to explore what were really happened in the events mentioned in the essay at the times when they were actually occurred so as to understand every words it said; third, I look at the origins of the clauses and try to sort out the patterns derived from them; and, finally, I'd trace back the literary reference as actuate as possible to understand what the reference work really have meant to the essay. Together I would wish to make fully understand Mr. Liu Ling's work by means of the fluency of words and phrases, the transparency of meanings, the clear thinking of analyses and the clarity of purposes, and so on. |
