中文摘要 | 本文首先提出中美兩國小學實習教師的輔導方案是一個非常值得研究的主題。在 這一方面的研究可以達成二個目的。第一,可以瞭解中美兩國小學實習教師輔導方案的異同 之處。第二,可以使中美兩國實務人員瞭解自己方案的優缺點,進而彼此相互學習。其次, 為了協助未來的研究者掌握此一研究主題的主要研究問題,本文對於實習輔導方案的投入、 過程、產出及運作條件,做了一個相當完整的文獻探討。最後,本文建議未來研究者應該對 於此一研究主題採用多階段、多種資料來源、多元資料搜集方法的研究設計,才能對中美兩 國的實習教師輔導方案建構一個正確完整的圖像。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this research agenda are: (1) to explore the similarities and differences between teacher mentoring programs in Taiwan and the U.S., and (2) to encourage Taiwanese practitioners and their American counterparts to learn from each other and better appreciate their own strengths and weaknesses. In order to formulate key research questions, the existing research works of teacher mentoring programs are reviewed. Those questions are related to the inputs, processes, outputs,and conditions of Taiwanese and American teacher mentoring programs, respectively, and the similarities or differences between the two countries. To address each of the questions mentioned above, it is proposed to adopt a research design that allows for multiple phases, and multiple sources and methods of data collection. Using a variety of data techniques at different intervals (such as at the beginning, middle, and end of the programs) allows for comparison of data, which provides a more accurate picture of the programs. |
