中文摘要 | 模擬大範圍區域之淹水過程時,需分析處理大量的水文及地文資料,應用人工 方式將極繁複且容易出錯。由於地理資訊系統具有快速且精確處理與展示空間資料的能力 ,故本文整合淹水模式與地理資訊系統以應用於淹水模擬。如此不僅能更精確且有效率地 輔助淹水模擬,而且更便利展示淹水演算成果。又因資料可藉此系統加速查詢及更新,故 即使將來地文及水文情況改變後,淹水模式仍可於資料更新處理後具適用性,而且可利用 淹水模式演算結果與各類別土地利用狀況,配合淹水深度與各土地利用產值及資產損失率 關係,合理地估計出淹水所造成之災害損失。 |
英文摘要 | A large sum of hydrological and geomophological data is required for the analysis and manipulation in the simulation of inundated flow over the large area processed by the inundation model. The occurrence results in complexity and error if the artificial method is adopted. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is linked with the inundation model to simulate the inundated flow because of its convenience and precision in storing and analyzing the associated data. It provides an improved assessment for the inundation modeling and computed results displaying. The inundation model is useful because these data can be modified and queried even if the hydrological and geomorphological situation is changed. The inundateddamage value can be reasonably estimated by overlaying the calculated water depth and the area for each land use type with the use of the relationship between the inundated depth and lose rate. |
