中文摘要 | 本研究發展本土化之柔性鋪面服務力指標模式(PSI)及終止服務力指標(P□), 以增進AASHTO鋪面設計方法之正確性。經實驗設計以小組評分方式採小汽車及公車為運具 ,對市區道路、省道、及國道進行用路人舒適度評分,由一般特性資料分析,獲知市區公 車用路人平均評分較小汽車為低,但較穩定。評分員特性分析則顯示性別因素及駕駛經驗 之有無明顯影響評分結果,但年齡因素則無顯著影響。利用統計分析建立主觀評分及客觀 鋪面破壞調查及糙度量測評審之PSI模式及P□值。結論建議市區道路及國省道分別以公車 及小汽車用路人之標準而建立PSI模式,P□值則分別為1.8及2.1。 |
英文摘要 | In order to obtain a reliable pavement design based on AASHTO, design parameters should be evaluated based on the local condition. This paper presents the development of the present serviceability index (PSI) models as well as the terminal PSI values (P□) for various highway classes in Taiwan. Through the experimental design, panel ratings of city streets, provincial highways, and freeways have been conducted for both passenger cars and buses. From the transportation mode analysis, it is noted that bus raters tend to give lower but more stable mean rating score than the passenger car raters. The effects of rater characteristics were also investigated. It is found that rater age did not show significant effects on ratings, but factors of seat location on bus, driving experience, and sex affect the ratings significantly. Two PSI models describing the relationship between panel ratings, pavement distresses, and roadway roughness are established for city streets and the combined provincial highway / freeway system. The recommended P□ values for these two roadway systems are 1.8 and 2.1. |
