中文摘要 | 以臺灣地區常見藤蔓植物-使君子(Quisqualis indica)、龍吐珠(Clerodendrum speciosum)、蒜香藤(Pseudocalymma alliaceum)、薜荔(Ficus pumila)進行生長速度調查與 葉片二氧化碳交換速率、葉片蒸散速率測定。結果指出:兩次的生長速度調查中,皆以龍吐 珠生長速度最快,具有最大的株高生長量與節間長,其次依序為使君子、蒜香藤、薜荔;且 生長速度較快的龍吐珠和使君子具有比蒜香藤較高之葉片二氧化碳交換率與葉片水分蒸散 率。利用GAs 100ppm,200ppm處理上述藤蔓植物,結果兩次GAs試驗顯示:GAs對蒜香 藤與龍吐珠有明顯之促進生長效果,對使君子亦有部份促進生長反應,但GAs對薜荔則不 具生長促進作用。濃度方面建議以100ppm即可,因200ppm處理與100ppm處理株之間普 遍無顯著差異存在,有時甚至會造成部份植株葉片變小,莖變細之生長異常現象。 |
英文摘要 | A survey of growth rates showed that the ranking of the daily growth rate and internode length were Clerodendrum speciosum, Quisqualis indica, Pseudocalymma alliaceum, and Ficus pumila. Growth rate of individual species was positive related to the leaf CO exchanges rates and transpiration rates. Grouth rates of P. alliaceum and C. speciosum were promoted by GAs treatments, contrasting to no or little responses in F. pumilla and Q. indica. The 200 ppm treatment would cause some tested plants to have smaller leaves and thinner stems. As there was no marked difference between 100ppm and 200ppm treatments, GAs of 100ppm was suggested. |
