中文摘要 | 本研究利用水流循環及爪式取出機構,設計製造一組蘋果選別系統之單粒化進料 機構,主要包括輸送水道與蘋果取出機構。利用此單粒化機構進行蘋果單粒進料之測試,根 據結果顯示,機構最快處理速度以平均13.l㎝/sec水流速及10.0㎝/sec取出速率進行作業時, 每粒蘋果完成單粒化的平均時間為2.8sec,單粒化進料之成功率可達99.8%。 |
英文摘要 | Considering the circulation of water flow and a claw-type pick-up mechanism, a singulator of apple sorting system had been developed in this study. The singulator consists of a two-layer flow channel and a pick-up mechanism. Using this singulator, the experiments on singulating apple had been conducted. According to the results, one apple took about 2.8 sec in singulating process while flow speed is13.l㎝/sec and pick-up speed is l0.0㎝/sec. It's about a total of 99.8% tested apples being picked up successfully. |
