中文摘要 | 本實驗乃針對細丹尼聚酯織物以ICI DISERSOL C-BN為底色染料,經後罩印法及 高溫蒸處過程進行鹼防拔染印花,以探討不同比例的混合鹼劑添加對防拔染性及物性之影響 。 由實驗得知,拔染糊中以氫氧化鈉 / 碳酸鈉於低鹼劑濃度時織物的白度及物性俱佳,且 符合經濟效益。另在同一拔白效果時,若採混合鹼劑進行鹼防拔染確實可增進織物的物性。 |
英文摘要 | The fine denier polyester fabric was printed by ICI Dispersol Red C-BN dyestuff, and then treated using alkali discharge-resist printing with over- printing and HTS process. The effect of mixing ratio of alkali agents on the discharge-resist and physical properties of the fabric had been studied. From experimental results, when NaOH/Na �� CO �� was used as a mixing alkali agent for discharge-resist printing it, would make the coloured fabric obtain excellent whiteness and physical properties, and also will keep the fabric have good quality and be economic. The good strength properties of the fine denier fabrics can be found as the mixing ratio of alkali agent is used. |
