中文摘要 | 本文提出利用最小覆蓋理論來解決電腦整合製造�堛截DEF0及IDEF1X兩種工業標準 的整合問題。 近年來 IDEF 技術被大量的運用在電腦整合製造�堙A例如利用 IDEF0 來規劃 物流,IDEF1X 來規劃資訊流等等。 但電腦整合製造亦包含了物流及資訊流的整合問題;也 就是說存在如何整合 IDEF0 及 IDEF1X 的問題。 本文除了提出利用最小覆蓋的數學理論來 達成整合的目標外,並以實際軸承工業�堛型y、資訊流整合問題的解決來驗證本整合方法之 可行性及在實作上顯示之效率性。 |
英文摘要 | Minimal cover theory is proposed for solving the integration problem of two Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) standards: IDEF0 and IDEF1X. Usually IDEF technologies are applied to CIM specifications such as IDEF0 for material flow, IDEF1X for in fromation flow, etc. Moreover, CIM frequently encounters the integration of material and information flows problem; which means there is a need to examine and resolve IDEF0 and IDEF1X integration problems. In this paper, minimal cover is used to achieve this goal. In addition, the research results in bearings industry show not only the feasibility of this new approach but also its efficiency in the implementation phase. |
