中文摘要 | 本研究利用尼龍4聚合體為基材,混入過渡金屬鹽類,製成聚醯胺金屬螯物薄膜, 此螯物薄膜再利用氫化硼鈉進行還原反應,經過還原反應以後生成的金屬化薄膜其表面電阻 約為1-10Ω/㎝□。本研究除利用紫外光和可見光光譜儀來鑑定金屬螯物的結構外,並探討 金屬鹽類的種類、濃度和各種還原劑對薄膜導電度的影響。本論文之導電薄膜經由ESCA 分析數據,確定導電薄膜表面電阻之測定,也包括薄膜之體積電阻及導電之分析比較,研究 結果發現此類金屬化尼龍導電薄膜表面電阻為1Ω/㎝□,其導電度可達10Ω□㎝□。並且 也發現使用不同金屬鹽類於不同濃度可獲得不同導電度的金屬化薄膜,這些金屬化薄膜於空 氣中暴露六個月後亦能保持安定的導電度及機械性質,非常具有實用性。 |
英文摘要 | In this research a series of metallize nylon films were made from nylon4 metal chelate films with different reducing agents. When aqueous solution of sodium borohydride was used as reducing agent, the surface resistivity of the metallized nylon4 film was found in the range of 10□–10 Ω/㎝□. In order to investigate and indentify the structure of these metallized nylon4 films comprising nylon4, formic acid, metal salts and water, spectroscopy method including UV-visible and IR analyses were applied to both the initial liquid mixtures and the final polymer films. Influence in surface resistivity of the product from factors such as time of reduction, concentration of the metal salt or reducing agent, source of the metal salt or reducing agent were carefully investigated. Surfaces of the product treated with aqueous solution of sodium borohydride to form a definite metallic luster appearance. By means of ESCA analysis the product surfaces were proven metallized. The strongly adhered metal film on product was believed to be responsible for the improvement in electrical conductivity. |
