中文摘要 | 針對介電材料在低溫共燒陶瓷(LTCC)製程中需要添加低熔點材料以達助熔燒結緻密化效果,本計畫選擇低溫BaO-PbO-B�烙�馬t玻璃為研究對象。由於玻璃材料影響介電元件最明顯者為介電常數與介電損失。而硼酸鹽玻璃一般比矽酸鹽玻璃具較寬鬆結構,導致較高之介電損失。本計畫在於研究所選擇之BaO-PbO-B�烙�馬t玻璃中添加過渡性元素對玻璃結構與特性之影響。 |
英文摘要 | To add low melting temperature materials into the dielectric ceramics for the enhancement of densification becomes essential in the low temperature cofiring ceramics(LTCC) process. This program chose BaO-Bi�烙��-PbO-B�烙�� low melting temperature glass system to be the subject. The RF characteristic of glass which affect the dielectric ceramics most in the dielectric loss and decrease their dielectric constant are very important for LTCC ceramics. The open network structure of borate glass usually results.in high dielectric loss. In this program, the effect of addition of transition metal on the network structure of BaO-Bi�烙��-PbO-B�烙�� and, therefore, the relationship between the glass structure and dielectric properties would be investigated. |
