中文摘要 | 本研究探討省產芒果的壓縮物理特性,提供作為分級包裝與貯運過程荷重能力的 參考指標。堅實度平板壓縮試驗結果顯示,土產芒果達到生物降伏點時之最小負荷11.52kg 、變形量11.4mm。Burgers四元件模式可用以準確模擬芒果果實的壓縮潛變特性。相同負荷 下,果粒愈大內部組織愈容易損傷,3kg以下之負荷,不論果粒大小,仍可保持黏彈特性。 果長89mm以上果粒,負荷超過6kg時,果肉組織損傷、黏彈性質改變。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the compressive physical characteristics of Mangoes in Taiwan so that the grading and packing process is provided. The results of plate compressive test shows that the minimum loading to get the biologic vield point is 11.52kg with 11.4mm displacement. Burgers four- element model can be used to predict the compressive creeping characteristics for Mangoes. The degree of damage of Mangoes is propositional to the size. Under the loading of 3kg, what-ever the size of Mangoes, the viscoelastic property is kept. If the length of Mangoes is over 89mm and the loading is over 6kg, the texture is damage and the viscoelastic property is changed. |
