中文摘要 | 本文以週邊血液免疫功能測試結果描述臺灣畜殖場勞工免疫力之概況,依據問卷 調查及健康檢查所得基本資料,統計參考數值,探討分析個人及工作因素之影響。 結果顯示,在各類白血球、免疫球蛋白、自然殺手細胞、淋巴細胞亞群等12項中,合乎 標準值人數超過80%者有9項。大部分先天性及後天性免疫功能均隨著年齡及年資之增長而略 呈遞減之傾向;個人抵抗力較差感冒次數較多的勞工,平均正常項數亦顯著較低。與工作相 關之因素,如場別、工作別及粉塵暴露高低之分群間,分別對不同項目有顯著影響。現場勞 工較行政人員在細胞免疫功能力有2項有差異;飼料粉塵暴露較高的勞工群,B淋巴細胞比例 顯著高於低暴露群,血清免疫球蛋白A濃度亦有差異的趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | A study of evaluation on immune functions of workers in hog farms in Taiwan was investigated by periferal blood study. A reference data was suggested and the effect of personal characteristics and work related factors were monitored. Twelve items of tests including WBC profiles, NK cells counts, immunoglobulin titers and lymphocyte subsets were used. Most of the tests, showed that over 80% of the persons were within the normal ranges. The results showed a tendency that both of the innate and acquired immune functions declined with aging and past history except NK cells. Workers with cold freqency over twice in the year tested, showed a significant lower value of the sum of normal items. Three work related factors exhibited effects on different immune systems. A generalized influence was found when analyzed by different farms; effects on cellular immune functions by different kinds of works and, humoral immune functions by different exposure level to feed dust, that were found to be significantly different on percentage of B lymphocyte and immunoglobulin titers of lgA. |
