中文摘要 | 中醫傳統醫學以證為診斷治療依據,辨證論治是中國醫學最重要的治療基本原則, 而證的研究是中醫理論研究的重要環節,本研究從血清鋅、銅含量的變化探索陰虛證與陽虛 證之異同。應用原子吸收光譜分析法檢測 56 例虛證患者血清中鋅、銅含量,發現陽虛型與 陰虛型患者血清中鋅含量明顯低於正常人對照粗, 銅含量明顯高於對照組、鋅 / 銅比值亦 顯著下降,三者都具有統計學意義。分析比較結果發現,陽虛與鋅低下有密切關係,陰虛則 與鋅 / 銅比值下降關係明顯,二者可提供陽虛與陰虛辨證參考。 |
英文摘要 | The procedure of diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine is based on "patterm"( 證 ), Study of pattern is an important part of the research in Chinese medical theory. In this research, we examined the change of serum copper and zinc concentration in patients with yang-vacuity and yin-vacuity to evaluate the difference between yang-vacuity and yin-vacuity. Serum zinc and copper concentration were examined in 36 yin-vacuity patients and 20 yang-vacuity patients, the serum copper concentration of the yang-vacuity patients and yin-vacuity patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy controls, In contrast, the zinc concentration in yang-vacuity patients and yin-vacuity patients was significantly lower than that of the healthy controls, Zn/Cu ratio decreased obviously too. The results indicated a close relationship between yang-vacuity and lower zinc content, Zn/Cu ratio decreased in yin-vacuity simultaneously. |
