中文摘要 | 以白金電極為工作電極,Ag/AgCl 為參考電極,白金絲為輔助電極,於 1.00M KNO □支持電解質中可以計時庫侖法同時測定 Fe(II) 和 Fe(III) 之濃度。於計時庫侖法 中,電位自無氧化還原作用之靜止電位,陽向梯升至 Fe(II) 產生氧化作用之終止電位(如 +800mV ),其結果所產生之電荷 Q 則以時間 t 為函數記錄之,再畫 Q 對 t □圖 ( 即 Anson 圖 ) 時可得一直線,此直線之斜率即為電解質的濃度,Fe(II) 即以此而定之。再注 入 Fe(II) 標準液後,比較 Anson 圖所增加之斜率則試樣液中之 Fe(II) 濃度甚易決定出 來。之後,自靜止電位陰向梯升到產生還原作用之終止電位(如+ 200mV ), e(III) 濃 度同樣地可在注入 Fe(III) 標準液後測出。本分析合併試樣之相對誤差各別為 Fe(II)0.45%;Fe(III)7.24%。本文顯示亦可同時甚易地測出地下水中之 Fe(II) 和 Fe(III)。 |
英文摘要 | With Pt disk electrode as the working electrode, Ag/AgCl as the reference electrode, and Pt wire as the auxiliary electrode. Fe(II) and Fe(III) can be simultaneously determined by chronocoulometry in 1.00-M KNO □ supporting electrolyte. In chronocoulometry, the potential is stepped anodically from the rest potential where no redox reaction occurs to the final potential (e.g.+800 mV) where the oxidation of Fe (II) occurs, and the resulting charge (Q) is recorded as a function of time (t). After plotting Q vs. t □ (i.e. Anson plot), a linear line should be obtained and the slope of the line is analyte concentration, [Fe(II)], dependent. By comparing the increase in slope of the Anson plot after spiking an aliquot of Fe(II) standard solution into the sample solution, the concentration of Fe(II) in the sample solution can be easily determined. Then, Fe(III) can be determined similarly by stepping the potential cathodically from the rest potential to the final potential (e.q.+200mV) where the reduction of F e(III) takes place, and by spiking Fe(III) standard solution. The relative errors for analyzing the synthetic sample were 0.45% for Fe(II) and 7.24% for Fe(III), respectively. The feasibility of this method for simultaneous determination of Fe(II) and Fe(III) in ground water was also demonstrated in this study. |
