中文摘要 | 好氧性醱酵,氧氣之傳送常為最重要的瓶頸步驟。如何增進氧氣傳送,對醱酵 工業而言是非常重要的。本研究主要採排氣法( gassing out method ),來探討氧氣傳送 介質(大豆油、正十六烷)及消泡劑在模擬醱酵液( CMC )中,對模擬醱酵液氧氣傳送之 影響。結果顯示,消泡劑會嚴重阻礙模擬醱酵液中的氧氣傳送;而當溶液之黏度變高時,消 泡劑仍然會阻礙氧氣傳送,但阻礙的程度隨著黏度之增加而變小。在有消泡劑存在下,添加 正十六烷及大豆油於不同黏度的模擬醱酵液中,對氧氣傳送皆有正面之效果;而正十六烷的 結果比大豆油好。 |
英文摘要 | Oxygen transfer is always the most important bottleneck step in the aerobic fermentation process. It is very important for the fermentation industry to improve oxygen transfer. The gassing out method was employed to study the oxygen transfer effect of an oxygen-vector (soybean oil and n-hexadecane) and antifoam agent in a simulative fermentation medium (CMC solution). It was found that oxygen transfer was significantly decreased due to addition of the antifoam agent, and the degree of resistance t oxygen transfer was decreased as the viscosity of the simulative fermentation medium was increased. In the presence of the antifoam agent, the increase in oxygen transfer could also be obtained by the addition of n-hexadecane or soybean oil to the simulative fermentation medium. It was found that the enhancement effect with n-hexandcane was better than that with soybean oil. |
