中文摘要 | 本文是針對傳統砲管之熱傳現象,考慮其各相關材料數據,會因邊界溫度的急劇 升降而改變,致使原簡化假設之統御方程式,變成甚是複雜之非線性狀態,故而提出另一套 新的計算方法。此新法的特點是:可針對任何形狀之工件,只要該工件邊界為齊性時之解已 知(因邊界值為零時,其解要遠比邊界為位置函數時簡單,而當邊界值含時間變數時,則極 為複雜),即可運用作者所採空間平移旋轉的理論,快速得到當邊界為常數或與時間無關之 函數時,該狀態下之半暫態(quasi-state)解,再運用作者所建立之對時間分割疊代的模 式,求得該工件當處於任何複雜邊界條件下之最後結果。因時間被分割之特殊物理現象, 故若將此新法之模式稍加修改,則更可將之運用於任何工件之非線性問題的求解。依此新法 之理論模式所建立之電腦程式,對軍方砲管壽命的評估、管厚的設計和內加強層材料的選擇 ,都有甚大的助益。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aims to provide a new iteration method in the consideration that the material properties, influenced by heat transfer of traditional cannon pipes, vary in accordance with the drastic temperature changes on the boundaries. This problematic phenomenon will cause the simplified assumption of the governing equation to become an extremely complicated nonlinear state. The method proposed here is, in contrast, quite advantageous under certain conditions, that is: independent of the shape of the testing objects, so long as the linear solution at the time of independent boundary conditions is known. Then, the concept of separation and iteration can be employed to obtain the final result concerning the nonlinear state with complicated time dependent boundary conditions. In order to validate the feasibility of this new method, a cannon pipe was chosen as an example to establish the computing program. This program can facilitate the assessment of durability, the design of the pipe thickness, and the s election of material. |
