中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討專校資管科學生自我統整、生活目標、及成就動機之間的 關係,以「自我統整」、「成就動機」及「生活目標」三個量表,調查國內七所公、私立專 校資管科938名學生,結果發現:與專校資管科學生自我統整發展程度有關連的個人因素有 年齡、工作經驗及性別等三項;在學校方面則有學制別、對校地大小的感覺、學校別、學校 性質等四項因素。影響專校資管科學生成就動機的個人因素有性別、工作經驗、對校地大小 的感覺、自我統整類型、生活目標區隔群等五項;在學校方面則有學校性質、學校別、對校 地大小的感覺、就讀學區、年級等五項因素。影響專校資管科學生的生活目標之個人因素有 性別、年級、自我統整類型等三個;學校方面則有地理區隔、就讀學校性質、學校別、與就 讀學制等四個因素。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the relationships among ego identity, goals, and achievement motivation of students in information management departments of junior colleges. Three kinds of questionnaires were completed by 938 information-management major students in either public or private junior colleges in Taiwan. Results were as follows: For the ego identity development of the students, the personal factors involved were: age, work experience, and sex, while the school factors were: school system, con ciousness of campus sizes, type of school, and the educational focus of the school. For the achievement motivation of the students, personal factors were: sex, work experience, consciousness of campus sizes, the type of ego identity, and life goals, while the school factors were: the educational focus of the school, the type of school, consciousness of campus sizes, school district, and year in school. For the goals of the students, personal factors were: sex, the year in school, and type of ego identity, while the school factors were: geographical location the educational focus of the school, the type of school, and the school system. |
