中文摘要 | 本文利用不同強度之廢棄混凝土碎裂成再生骨材,以此做為再生混凝土拌合用 之粗、細骨材,利用實測結果來探討此種再生混凝土之工程性質,並與普通混凝土做比較 。試驗結果顯示,再生骨材之強度愈高,將愈有利於提高再生混凝土之抗壓強度。且 在高水灰比時,再生混凝土可獲得與普通混凝土相近之強度,但水灰比愈小者差距愈大。 而由(再生石+再生砂)所製作之再生混凝土可比由(再生石+天然砂)者獲得較高之抗壓強 度。又再生骨材之粒形也是影響抗彎強度之重要因素,若骨材強度愈大,粒形愈粗糙,則 抗彎強度愈高。此外,實測結果也顯示,再生混凝土之應力應變行為與普通混凝土者相似 ,但潛變量較大且耐久性較差。 |
英文摘要 | In order to verify the usability of recycled coarse aggregates for concrete production, series of the engineering properties of recycled concrete (RCC) were investigated and compared with normal concrete in laboratory. The test results show: 1. The compressive strengths of RCC is closely related to the strength of the recycled concrete, when the strength of the old concrete increases the compressive strength of RCC also increases. Moreover, the compressive strength of RCC will near to the normal concrete for a higher water to cement ratio of 0.60. 2. The shape of recycled aggregate has Important effects on the flexural strengths of recycled concrete, when the strength of aggregate is greater and the shape is rougher, the flexural strength will be enhanced. 3. The recycled concrete has similar stress-strain relationship as the normal concrete, the smaller the strength is, the flatter the curve will be. 4. The durability of recycled concrete is worse than the normal concrete, it also becomes worse when using the fragile recycled aggregates. |
