中文摘要 | 本研究分別將三種鋼及鉛含量極高的電鍍污泥依據先前試驗中不同水泥-污泥( C/S)及飛灰-水泥-污泥(F/C/S)配比固化試體的單軸抗壓強度及毒性特性溶出程序(TCLP) 之結果,選取合(近)於掩埋標準的配比,再以水泥及水泥飛灰進行固化處理。在進行 ASTMD-4843乾濕、ASTMD-4842凍融及自行設計風化試驗之後,分別以物理及化學試驗來探 討不同來源污泥及不同配比處理的試體耐候性。結果顯示污泥來源及C/S配比是影響試體 抵抗風化能力的變因;風化過程中原污泥及固化污泥內的銅比鉛容易被持續的溶出;除了 在風化過程中結構已被破壞的固化污泥外,其他試體在經三種風化試驗時均會因水化反應 使其單軸抗壓強度增強;本試驗中的固化污泥結構均未受乾濕試驗的破壞,然而試體經凍 融試驗後,C/S配比低的固化污泥結構會被破壞,同時累積溶出較高量的重金屬。依照臺 灣現地氣候自行設計的風化試驗在未達到0℃以下仍能破壞C/S配比較低的三號固化污泥結 構,且在結構被破壞後使高量重金屬持續溶出。 |
英文摘要 | Three simulated weathering processes, ASTM D-4843 wetting and drying, ASTM D-4842 freezing and thawing, and a self-designed weathering process, were studied respectively herein. We selected three kinds of sludge with high Cu and Pb to be solidified with ASTM type I Portland cement and fly ash in certain cement-to-sludge (C/S) ratios which resulted from preliminary tests of unconfined compressive strength and toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP). After passing those three weathering processes, physical and chemical resistance of all untreated and cement- based solidified samples were examined and compared. The results indicated that sludge characteristics and C/S ratio were the major factors affecting resistance. Copper in untreated and solidified sludge could be constantly removed mure easily than Pb during those weathering processes. Except those samples of which the structures had been broken, three weathering processes could increase the unconfined compressive strength of all solidified sludge through hydration reactions. Wetting and drying process did not break those solidified sludge samples at all. However, freezing and thawing process broke some samples with low C/S ratio. Although its temperature is not lower than 0℃, the self- designed weathering process could still break those solidified sludge samples with low C/S ratio, and Cu was found constantly released during the process. |
