中文摘要 | 超高分子量聚乙烯(Ultra-high-Molecular-Polyethylene; UHMWPE)纖維,乃是利 用凝膠紡絲技術,所製備的高性能纖維,由於UHMWPE纖維的界面接著性差,而無法廣 泛地應用於複合材料之領域。本研究嚐試由紡絲液中添加具有電荷移動錯體(Charge Transfer Complex; C-T complex)之Polypyrrole成份於UHMWPE之凝膠中,並經由凝膠紡絲技術以 改善UHMWPE fiber之界面性,而探討C-T complex成份之組成對凝膠行為及紡絲性之影響 效應。實驗上使用平板╱平板流變儀探討紡液之溫渡、剪切應力與PPy含量之影響效應及 流動曲線,並以DSC探討凝膠狀態之結晶熔點。經由四述實驗評估C-T complex成份添加 於超高分子量聚乙烯凝膠中之可紡性及最適化之組成。 |
英文摘要 | Ultrahigh molecular weight Polyethylend (UHMWPE) is prepared by gel spinning. Due to its poor interfacial properties, it is difficult to fabricate composites with other resins. In this studies, we try to add the pyrrole/FeCl composition into the PE gel as a surface modifier for spinning solution. For this purpose, we use plate-plate rheometer to analysis the influence of temperature, shear rate and composition on the PE gel. We also used DSC to measure the melt temperature of PE gel. Throuugh the viscoelastic analysis of PE gel, we obtained the aggregate structure change of PE gel under he thermal shear stress applied. |
