中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討天然橡膠(Natural Rubber; NR)與環氧化天然橡膠(Epoxidized Natural Rubber;環氧化50mol%之ENR-50)摻合不同比率時,硫化膠之物理性質之變化與 力學特性。 實驗結果顯示,摻合兩種不同橡膠時NR、ENR均會產生應變結晶;且兩種橡膠摻合時 抗張強伸度隨ENR含量增加而降低,密度、硬度則隨ENR摻合量增加而提高。這顯示ENR 膠體之分子鏈排列緻密度較高,材料剛性高使得抗撕裂強度提昇;由於兩種橡膠分子鏈屬二 烯系結構,因此易受臭氧分子攻擊導致分子斷裂而使表面產生龜裂現象。 在長期力學及使用壽命評估方面,由於ENR之剛性率較高使得硫化膠料之塑性變形與 彈性變性在同荷重下相對減小。這是由於ENR分子鏈間可壓縮空間較少,因此變形減少承 受荷重能力增加。且隨ENR摻合率增加,其壓縮剛性、剪切剛性、壓縮模數、剪切模數都 隨之提昇。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the physical properties variation and mechanical characteristics of natural rubber (NR) and epoxidized natural rubber (ENR-50; 50 mol% of epoxidation) in different blending ratios are discussed. The experimental results of NR/ENR blends show that the NR and ENR have been found to undergo strain crysta-llization. The tensile strength of NR/ENR blends decreased, but the density and hardness are increased with ENR contents. The ENR molecular arrange together closely. The high stiffness leads to the raise in the tear strength resistance. Because of the NR and ENR molecular chains are diene structure, the cut off of molecular chains and the surface cracking will occur with the existence of ozone. In the use life aspect, the high stiffness characteristics lead to the elastic deformation and permanent deformation are less than those of NR at the same loading conditions. Because the compressibility of ENR molecular chains are harder than NR, the deformation decrease and the loading ability increase. The compression stiffness, shear stiffness, compression modulus, shear modulus are increased with ENR contents. |
