中文摘要 | 擠壓結構發泡與一般所稱結構發泡有所不同。擠壓結構發泡是熔融樹脂混入化學 發泡劑,或氣體在傳統擠壓機進行擠壓成型,本研究以聚摻合方法提高聚丙烯熔融黏度進行 擠理結構發泡。聚丙烯與高密度聚乙烯,聚乙丙烯彈性體進行聚摻合,添配化學發泡劑,製 作高韌性耐衝擊結構發泡聚丙烯擠押製程中,不同配方與操作條件之融熔流變特性。 本研究對聚摻合聚丙烯與高密度聚乙烯,聚乙丙烯彈性體配方變化、不同發泡劑添加量、添 加助劑變化、高徑厚比平面補強材料添加量之變化、擠押模頭及不同操作條件對流變特性及 製品物理性質,機械性質之影響。本研究著重於找出高韌性、低比重、耐衝擊之結構發泡聚 丙烯擠押製板材,片材以作為木材之代替品。 |
英文摘要 | Investigation will be given to the processing rheological behaviour of extruded toughened structural cellular polypropylene/HD polyethylene/EPR blends using chemical blowing agents. For years, polyethylene and polypropylene are inherently difficult to foam into uniform low density structures on account of their unsuitable melt rheology. Melt rheology of variuos foamable compositions together with the influence of blowing agent concentration, the effects of plane reinforcements, extruded die head structure and processing conditions as well as the resulting physical properties of foamed products study is undertaken. Factors influencing the foamed density, mechanical properties are considered, with a particular aim of this study is to establish a suitable and workable formulation for a lower product densities super toughened structural foamed polypropylene. |
