中文摘要 | 臺灣部分地區土壤銅污染極為嚴重,全省土壤重金屬含量調查中,銅污染等級屬 第四級以上(污染濃度大於 21 PPM )之縣市有臺北縣市、桃園縣、新竹縣市、苗栗縣、臺 中縣市及彰化縣等,合計約 5800 公頃。本研究篩選百慕達草、地毯草、類地毯草、山鹽菁 、假儉草、五節芒及相思樹等常用保育植物,藉以評估供試植物對銅污染土壤復育之可行性 。所得結果摘述如下: 百慕達草及地毯草之相對發芽率較不受銅處理濃度之影響。 若以相對發芽率低於 70% 為影 響濃度之判釋標準,山鹽菁、類地毯草、假儉草、五節芒及相思樹等植物之相對發芽率受銅 處理之影響濃度分別為 500、400、400、100 及 100 PPM。若以乾重為判釋標準,五節芒、 百慕達草、山鹽菁、類地毯草、地毯草及假儉草等植物之生長情形受銅處理之影響濃度分別 為 500、400、400、300、100 及 100 PPM。 地毯草、類地毯草、山鹽菁及假儉草等植物, 於銅處理濃度達 400 PPM 時,其老葉因缺鎂而有黃化現象。 山鹽菁、五節芒、假儉草及百 慕達草等植物對銅之吸收量於銅處理濃度達 300 PPM 時,分別為 93.14、37.96、19.88 及 19.58 μ g/ 株,約為對照組之 30、6.8、3.7 及 11.2 倍,其他供試植物,因生物量少而 無法檢測。五節芒之銅吸收量雖高於假儉草及百慕達草,惟因五節芒易造成週期火燒,且其 能自然入侵,較無人工復育之價值。百慕達草對銅之吸收量雖較山鹽菁為低,惟其種子發芽 率較不受高濃度銅所抑制,加上植株為匍匐性,能有效的改良土壤,百慕達草與山鹽菁可篩 選為銅污染地復育之適生植物。 |
英文摘要 | There has been a severe copper-contaminated problem in Taiwan. Copper contaminated soils in several countries such as Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Taichung and Changhua can be classified as level 4 ∼ 5 (extractable Cu>21ppm) and the total contaminated area is as high as 5800 ha. There is an urgent need to restore these copper contaminated soils. The purpose of this study is to screen some conservation plants for the use of restoration of copper-contaminated soils. Effects of copper on the germination of Bermuda grass and Tropical carpet grass show no significant difference at the treatment consentration. According to germination experiment, at 30% lethal Cu-concentration for Roxburgh Sumac, Carpet grass, Centipede grass, Japanese silver grass and Taiwan Acacia were 500, 400, 400 100 and 100 PPM respectively. Significant concentration on dry weight of Japanese silver grass, Bermuda grass, Roxburgh Sumac, Carpet grass, Tropical carpet grass and Centipede grass were 500, 400, 400, 300, 100 and 100 PPM. Tropical carpet grass, Carpet grass, Roxburgh Sumac and Centipede grass show chlorotic symptom due to Mg deficiency at the treatment of Cu concentration up to 400 PPM. The copper uptake of Roxburgh Sumac, Japanese silver grass, Centipede grass and Bermuda grass at the 300 PPM Cu-treated soils were 93.14, 37.96, 19.88 and 19.58 μ g/plant, and the uptake ratio of them was 30, 6.8, 3.7 and 11.2 compared with their check plants. Copper uptake of Japanese silver grass was greater than that of Centipede grass and Bermuda grass. With characteristics of nature invasion and periodic fire, Japanese silver grass is not a suitable herb for the use of restoration in copper-contaminated soils. In comparison to Roxburgh Sumac, Bermuda grass has a lower copper uptake but similar germination rate at the treatment of high Cu concentration. In addition, Bermuda grass is a creeping type plant. Consequently, both Bermuda grass and Roxburgh Sumac can be used as the reclamation plant in copper-contaminated soils. |
