中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的在探討盤固草(Digitaria decumbens Stent.)A254與印度藍莖 草(Dichanthium annulatum (Forsk.)Stapf)A70在不同氮肥施用量下,對牧草生長、 品質與植體酚酸含量的影響。試驗結果顯示,牧草之生長及粗蛋白質含量隨著氮肥施用量 的增加而提高。經HPLC檢析結果,兩種牧草均含有6種苯酸類酚酸,即protocatechuic、 ρ-hydroxybenzoic、vanillic、m-hydroxybenzoic、resorcylic及ο-hydroxybenzoic acid及2種肉桂酸類酚酸,即 ρ-coumaric及ferulic acid,且酯式酚酸含量遠大於酸式 酚酸。氮肥施用量對莖、葉之酚酸含量均有明顯的影響,不施氮肥與施用高氮肥(0.4 g/pot)者,莖、葉之酚酸含量較高,兩種牧草都有相同的情形。顯示牧草在缺氮及高量 氮肥下,會增加酚酸等二次代謝產物的生成,以適應不良的環境。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study was to investigate the effect of different rates of nitrogen fertilizer on growth, quality and the content of phenolic acid in pangolagrass (Digitaria decumbens Stent.) A254 and delhigrass ( Dichanthium annulatum (Forsk.) Stapf) A70. Plant height, leaf number, forage yield, and protein content of these two grasses increased as the rate of nitrogen fertilizer was increased. However, neutral and acid detergent fibers were not affected. Eight kinds of phenolic acids determined by HPLC were benzoic acids (protocatechuic, ρ-hydroxybenzoic, vanillic, m- hydroxybenzoic, resorcylic, and ο-hydroxybenzoic acids) and cinnamic acids ( ρ-coumaric and ferulic acids) in both grasses. Either at low or high nitrogen application rate (0.4 g N/pot or equivalent to 200 kg N/ha/cut), the content of phenolic acids was high in leaves and stems of both grasses. The results indicated that nitrogen deficiency and high rate of nitrogen application may induce grasses to produce secondary metabolises, such as phenolic acids to adapt to the unfavorable environmental conditions. |
