中文摘要 | 本文主要針對地圖生產經營所應具備之基本觀念加以闡述,樹立以服務為目的,以品質求生存,以研究求發展,以成本求利潤的經營理念;同時研討地圖生產管理上在建立品質系統、品質保証及提昇品質之過程中的最佳策略,是「全面品質經營」的導入與推動,即作法上應導入ISO 9000品質系統,使制度整合與維持,發揮全員參與及團隊合作之精神,以滿足客戶(使用者)需求,並運用「戴明循環」(PDCA)管理模式以創造最佳之地圖生產經營環境。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is written with the basic conceptions that mapping management should contain. It describes the ideas of management such as working on the purpose of service, being of good quality to survive, developing by researching, and profiting by counting the cost. Besides, it discusses that introducing and activation "total quality management" is the optimal strategy of the mapping management on the process of creating quality system, quality assurance, and quality improvement. In other words, the way of doing "total quality management" is to introduce ISO 9000 quality system, integrate and maintain the system, and bring the team-spirit of all member into full play. In order to meet the user's requirements, moreover, apply PDCA management model to create the best environment for mapping management. |
