英文摘要 | We introduce a statistical quality analysis system for radioimmunoassays (RIA) to simultaneously detect both random and systematic errors during routine runs. We used an IBM compatible 486-based computer equipped with Microsoft Windows version 3.1 and Visual Basic 3.0. There were four basic steps in designing this system, including creating a main menu window to access the program, creating dialog boxes for quality control (QC) options, statistical analyses, and creating a help window. The program provides the following functions: 1) It allows users to create a database with QC parameters; 2) performs error analyses using Westgard rules; 3) prints daily reports of QC results; 4) performs statistical analysis; 5) determines reference limits; 6) performs trouble shooting: and 7) help. This computer system can greatly simplify and improve QC of RIAs. |
