英文摘要 | As to the domestic commercial market has become free、internationalized and the consumers' life styles have changed, who now would rather have a small quantity and multiple choices on the commodity catagories, the retailers try to conform to customer requirements have made an extremely fierce revolution on the distribution channels than ever before. For saving distribution cost, the retailing industries emphasize the importance of the logistical management and try to cut down the numbers of middle channel members of the distribution channels. This becomes a very important competitive strategy in the business world. In order to make a close combination of market activities from the upwards of resource market to the downwards of the sales market, who may integrate information flows, production flows and sales flows plays a very important key role. This thesis is major to analyze how it is important for the retailers to integrate the middle processes and the middle channel members of the whole pipeline. |
