中文摘要 | 利用胃管法探討農藥免賴得與甲基多保淨誘發子鼠外觀、細部骨骼與內臟異常之 潛在性, 並比較化學結構相似性對大鼠畸形性之影響。 結果顯示, 免賴得在外觀畸形 (external ma1formations) 上, 出現露腦、裂腹、無尾、彎尾、浮腫、軸骨彎曲、海豹肢 、無口及死亡等。 細部骨骼異常 (skeletal variations and malformations) 上,可造成 大鼠頭顱窗門張大、胸骨小於 6 根、 胸骨異常或發育不全、肋骨融合、波浪狀肋骨及形成 啞鈴狀胸椎中心。至於內臟異常 (visceral variations and malformations),可引起試驗 鼠隻氣管不規則、腎臟左右大小不一、腦積水、腦室異常、大腦兩側大小不一、眼睛 (無眼 、獨眼、小眼 ) 異常及咽裂等症狀。 甲基多保淨則無任何外觀畸形。細部骨骼異常,部份 試驗鼠隻呈現頭顱窗門張大。至於內臟異常,僅發現輕微氣管不規則及腎臟左右大小不一現 象,綜上所述,免賴得具明顯致大鼠外觀畸形性、胚胎毒性及子鼠毒性; 甲基多保淨則不具 任何外觀畸形、但有輕微細部骨骼及內藏異常現象。免賴得與甲基多保淨在化學結構上所造 成畸形差異,推測可能由於物化性質不同,於動物體代謝途徑迥異所造成。 |
英文摘要 | The study was conducted by gavage to compare benomyl and thiophanate- methyl with respect to teratologic characteristics including external, visceral and skeletal anomalies of fetus in Wistar rats. Results showed that benomyl induced external malformations, viseral, and skeletal anomalies whereas thiophanate-methyl only caused a little large open fontanelle, irregular trachea, and side-weighed kidney. External malformations such as exencephaly, gastroschisis, anury, bent tail, edema, bent trunk phocomelia, astomia, and death were observed in the benomyl treated group. Skeletal defects including large open fontanelle, the number of the sternal lessthan 6, hypoplastic or split sternal, fused ribs, wavy ribs, and dumbbell-shaped thoracic center were discovered in benomyl-treated rats. Visceral defects including irregular trachea, side-weighed kidney, enlarged ventricles (hydrocephalus ), cleft pharynx, abnormal eye (anophthalmia, microphthalmia, and synophthalmia), were induced by benomyl. Thiophanate-methyl has the similar chemical structure as benomyl. But thiophanate-methyl seems to be a weak or non-teratogen. The main reason may be the difference of the physical and chemical properties between benomyl and thiophanate-methyl. |
