中文摘要 | 目前國內外有關「價值」與「工作價值」的相關文獻,不在少數,其中大多是探 討各級學校學生的價值觀或工作價值觀;但是,少見以軍校生做為研究對象,或是在探討「 價值」與「工作價值」的內涵時,亦少見將「軍事」包括在內(此處所指的「軍事」無關軍 國主義或黷武等意識型態,而是與本文研究目的有關者)。因此,本文嘗試建構軍校生「工 作價值觀」的概念架構,來解釋軍校生對從事國軍幹部所面對的工作情境的偏好與主觀意向 ,概念架構包括軍校生「工作價值觀」的意義、內涵與各種價值類目。然後,以軍校生「工 作價值觀」的概念建構為理論基礎,進一步編製軍校生的「工作價值觀量表」,當軍校生在 量表上的得分愈高時,顯示其個人特質之一的工作價值觀愈傾向於軍事組織的特性或國軍幹 部的職業特性,亦即個人與組織的適配性愈佳,如此將愈有利於軍校生的軍事社會化。量表 經由因素分析證實與原本的概念建構相當吻合,且因素的累積解釋變異量達69.9%。因素分析 結果,軍校生「工作價值觀」的內涵可以十一個結構因素、四個因素構面來代表之,分別是 (一)組織任務:指軍校生對軍事組織之任務特性的主觀感受與偏好情形,包括有利他主義、 崇高情操、理想抱負。(二)組織結構:指軍校生對軍事組織之結構特性的主觀感受與偏好情 形,包括有權威性、階級性、支配性、紀律與服從性。(三)職業特性:指軍校生對國軍幹部 之職業特性的主觀感受與偏好情形,包括有經濟性、規律性、體魄與能力、發展性、專業性 。(四)成就感。 |
英文摘要 | In this essay, first of all, author intend to explore some kind of work values which purpose indicate the responsibility、beliefs 、norms and roles of the military officer. Secondly, author intend to construct the signification and concrete content of cadet work values inventory(CWVI) according to the construction which discussed earlier. Finally, for the reason of verifying propriety of the construction, there are two main steps in the process of research. The former, author applied inventory to collect the empirical data which is from cadet. The latter, author applied statistical analysis to measure the empirical data, in order to verify the validity and reliability of inventory. The samples of this research has two groups who came from academy colleges, including Army Force、Navy、Air force and Fu Hsing Kang. The first group of samples has 429 students who were selected to be samples of pretest of CWVI. Testing validity and reliability of inventory is the most important part of pretest. The second group of samples has 1295 students were selected to be samples of formal test of the inventory. Mading norm is the most important part of formal test. The CWVI consists of 60 items, according to the cadet work values of construction. The Data was analyzed by factor analysis. The main result points out that CWVI can be classified into 11 factors. The eleven factors, according to the significations of construction were united with three categories by their similities. The name of three factors are as follows:(1) evaluating cadets's response of perceiving and delighting in mission distinctive features of military organization that divided into three subscales, including altruism、 lofty sentiment、ambition;(2)evaluating cadets's response of perceiving and delighting is structure characteristics of military organization that divided into four subscales, including obedience and discipline、authority、administer、 military strata;(3)evaluating cadets's response of perceiving and delighting in vocation peculiarities of officer that divided into five subscales, including regularity、career development、professional 、physical strength and metal vigorous and capability、economy.(4)Achievement. This inventory adopted the form of the Likert-type five-point scales. According to the result of empirical research which purpose is to verify the propriety of the constructions, the Cadet Work Values Inventorry can analyse variance 69.9% of the constructions which are about the significantion and concrete of work values of military academy. |
