中文摘要 | 工程變更( Engineering Change; EC)是產品發展過程中一項相當重要的活動。 產品研發藉著工程變更的程序,持續地改善產品品質並降低產品成本。由於產品的研發需要 許多不同部門甚至不同上、下游公司的支援與配合,在反覆進行工程變更的過程中,通常會 造成許多部門與機構間的資訊變動與增減;而這些部門所掌理之產品相關資料經常是以異質 性且分散式的電子格式來存放的。因此,要達到複雜產品設計的同步工程需求,各部門間的 資料必須被有效地管理並整合。本研究以國際產品資料標準( STEP )為基,整合產品相關 資料之表示,以做為全球性工程資料管理系統發展之基礎。 STEP 乃經由多個國家共同發展 的產品資料交換國際標準,本研究使用 STEP-EXPRESS 之概念與技術來發展工程變更資料模 式,由於產品結構之資料模式為工程變更資料模式中所牽涉到的主體,故以產品結構模式為 基礎而後定義出工程變更相關的程序性資料模式。除此之外,本研究並提出異質性設計環境 下的資訊整合架構,以便達到不同設計系統間的資訊交流與分享。希望藉由 STEP 為基之整 體資料模式構建概念來實現同步性與一致性的產品研發。 |
英文摘要 | Engineering change (EC) is an essential activity during the product development process for continuous product improvement and cost reduction. Engineering changes changes usually cause information updates between many departments or enterprises and generate many data during the iterative endeavor. Due to the complexity of product research and development (R&D) involving many individuals in many locations, the related product data are often stored in the heterogeneous and distributed electronic formats. For the concurrent engineering practice, it is necessary to integrate information updates during the engineering change (EC) process efficiently and effectively, especially for the complex product design. In a globally competitive environment, the integration of product data should be achieved on the basis of an international standard. Moreover, the stanard should cover all data representation through the life cycle activities of a product development. As the result, an international standard for product data exchanges, STEP, is emerged and developed cooperatively by many organizations world wide. This paper describes the engineering change data models using STEP-EXPRESS representation concept. The product structure schema is defined as a key element of the EC data models. Then, the EC-related procedural data models are defined. The integrated architecture of a heterogeneous design environment is proposed for the information communication and sharing among various design systems. Specifically, the data integration between product structures and their detailed CAD specifications are described. We express the STEP-based global data modeling concept for the realization of concurrent and consistent product R&D. |
