中文摘要 | 本研究旨在調查國內自民國七十六年開始引進人工電子耳植入術,至八十五年七 月約一百多位聽覺障礙者接受該項手術,其中十五歲以下學前、國小及國中階段聽障學生接 受該項手術者約八十多名;十五歲以上者約五十多名。研究對象為接受人工電子耳植入術者 112 名,回收問卷 75 份,回收率 67.0 %,其中十五歲以下組有 44 人,十五歲以上組有 31 人。 主要研究工具為研究者自編之二份調查家長及聽障者之問卷,並對 11 位願意接受 訪談者實施「語言障礙評量表」之會話及構音清晰度評量,及錄影、錄音等方法。量的資料 處理採用次數分配與百分比的統計方法呈現調查的現況及意見,並以卡方檢定考驗各調查對 象間的差異情形;質的資料則以整理逐字稿後,彙整性質相關的資料呈現。研究結果分基本 資料、接受人工電子耳植入術的現況、接受人工電子耳植入術後的溝通能力、對人工電子耳 植入術的意見及看法四部份加以討論。最後針對聽語復健與未來研究兩方面提出具體的建議 。 |
英文摘要 | From 1988 till now, more than 100 hearing-impaired persons have been taken cochlear implantation operation in Taiwan. Eighty persons of them are youngsters and preschool children under the age of 15, fifty persons are above the age of 15. As the cochlear implantational becomes a known alternative of a sensory aid, however, the empirical studies of the effectiveness of cochlear implants are few, and the information to understand the benefits of the operation (before and after) are rare. When the needs are getting higher by the implanted, the parents and the special education teachers, the purpose of this research becomes important as well as a leading study of new era. This research analyses the communicative functions of 44 children under the age of 15, and 31 adolescents and adults with cochlear implants. For understanding the overall feedback of the implanted, researchers collected the general information by two questionnaires, checked the clearness of their conversational features by one on one interview, and compared their speech abilities among the implanted by video tapes. In general, both children and adults with cochlear implants demonstrated an improvement in their conversation ability. However, the implanted, e specially their parents, are not satisfied with the improvement of their communicative functions. This research indicated that related empirical studies and rehabilitation training programs set by the speech therapists and special education teachers can bring more benefits to both children and adults with cochlear implants and their parents. |
