中文摘要 | 本文在實驗室內以振動臺進行剛性塊體滑動試驗,探討剛體滑動面於不同正向接 觸壓力及滑移速度改變下之摩擦性質變化情形。滑動面之正向接觸壓力為 0.008、0.015 及 0.025kg/cm �插C振動臺採用三組不同的加速度振幅 0.35、0.3 及 0.25g。外力輸入型式為 頻率 1 ∼ 4Hz 連續變化之變頻正弦外力 (linear sinusweep)。 試驗使用鐵弗龍╱鐵弗龍 以及不�袗�╱鐵弗龍兩組滑動界面材料;其靜摩擦係數分別為 0.22 及 0.25。 試驗結果顯 示,摩擦界面承壓應力愈高,其滑移延時 (sliding duration) 愈長;滑移速度愈快,摩擦 係數有減小之趨勢。而所有試驗結果大多顯示,高頻振動下之摩擦反應行為較低頻振動穩定 。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to study the dynamic friction characteristic of rigid block. The normal contact stresses of the interface were 0.008, 0.025 and 0.015kg/cm ��. The interface materials between rigid block and ground-base were teflon/teflon and stainless plate/teflon, and the static friction coefficients (static friction) are 0.22 and 0.25, respectively. The linear sinusweep acceleration of excitation imposed by shaking table was 0.35, 0.30, 0.25g and the frequency was 1 ∼ 4Hz increased in a constant rate. The results was found that sliding duration increases with increases the bearing pressure and dynamic friction coefficient drops with increases sliding velocity. And the results show that the dynamic response of friction is stability with high sliding frequency. |
