中文摘要 | 地盤中存在之軟弱土層常造成深開挖工程施工上之困擾。本文利用電力滲透及考 慮生石灰加氯化鈣為化學添加劑之電滲化學硬化兩種方式,針對臺南市五期重劃區某工地進 行兩組足尺度現場電力滲透試驗,同時配合實驗室試驗,以探討軟弱土層電滲改良之效果。 由兩組槽溝之實驗室試驗結果顯示,現場軟弱土層經三日電力滲透處理後,電滲化學硬化之 不排水剪力強度較未改良前增加 3.7 倍,而純電滲者強度則增加 2.8 倍。由試驗槽溝之超 音波壁面檢測結果顯示,經電滲化學硬化改良之試驗槽溝壁面穩定效果最佳。在費用分析方 面,電力滲透之改良費用僅為灌漿工法之 30 %。結論指出,無論就改良效果或所需費用來 看,以生石灰加氯化鈣為化學添加劑之電滲化學硬化均為較佳之軟弱土壤改良方式。 |
英文摘要 | The presence of soft soils beneath the reclaimed land often bothers the construction of deep excavation in urban area. This paper presents a full scale in-situ test somewhere at Tainan by using electroosmosis and chemical hardening adding lime and calcium chloride to improve the characteristics of soft soil. A series laboratory tests were also performed to observe the improvement undrained strength of the in-situ soil samples. The results of three-day electroosmosis laboratory tests showed that the undrained shear strength of the electroosmosis chemical hardening and of the purely electroosmosis were 3.7 and 2.8 times to that of no electroosmosis one, respectivley. And from the results of ultrasonic examination, the trench wall face improved byelectroosmosis chemical hardening had the best effect in stability. Compared with the cost of electroosmosis chemical hardening, it was 30% to that of grouting method. The conclusion indicates that electroosmosis by adding lime and calcium chloride as additives is more better for improving soft soil ether from the point of view of the effect of improvement or the cost needed. |
