中文摘要 | 由噴霧成形將熔融金屬轉為近實形之產品之技術已漸成熟,其優點主要之來源是 氣噴之流體在飛行過程中以及沈積在基材時急速冷凝所達成。由此方法所成形之產品之特性 有: (1) 無粗偏析 (2) 晶粒為細等軸晶, 晶粒大小均勻 (3) 微細析出相 (4) 含氧量低 (5) 高熱加工性。在本文中新合金、複合材料、反應材料、多層材料等均將予以報告。噴霧 成形雖然是一次成形之製程有很多之好處,但有時仍不足以與已成熟之鑄造、鍛造、軋延產 品競爭,所以目前主要需在 (1) 提高產能、增加尺寸材料,提高沈積速率。 (2) 提高效率 如降低氣體消耗量提高沈積良率,尺寸控制等兩方向改善。 |
英文摘要 | The metallurgical advantages derived by the spray forming of molten alloys into semi-finished product shapes (Fig.1) have been extensively documented. These advantages arise from the rapid solidification of gas-atomized molten droplets during flight, and on deposition, in an inert gas environment. In brief, the resulting semi-finished products are characterized by: (i) macro-segregation free microstructures; (ii) fine, uniform, equiazed grain structures; (iii) fine, primary phase precipitates;(iv) oxygen contents; and (v) enhanced hot workability. Consequently, the properties of cast or wrought alloys are often improved and those of P/M alloys duplicated by means of spray forming. Furthermore, new alloys, metal matrix composites, in-situ reactive alloys, materials for thixoforming and clad products have all been developed and reported in the literature. |
