中文摘要 | 1949 年以後,中共在其管轄的範圍內,推行教育制度的全面改革,這些改革涉及了學教育系統的全面規劃,包含初等教育、中等教育、高等教育各層級的教育制度、教育內容和教學法,以及對知識分子的思想改造、對工農教育的提昇等等。中共的教育改革提出兩個根本目標:強化人民對國家的認同,以及為社會主義建設培訓足夠的人力資源;換言之,也就是主張教育必須為革命鬥爭和國家建設服務、教育必須為政治和經濟服務。 本文首先說明中共教育綱領和學制改革的重點,其次論述、分析1949-1957年間中共教育的具體政策,最後並嘗試給予評估。宏觀地來看,這段期間內雖然存在種種的教育問題,但是教育體系的基本架構仍然完整,表現出相對的穩定性,這就使得原來設定的教育目標(為政治和經濟服務),能夠獲得起碼的實現。 |
英文摘要 | After 1949, the Chinese Communist started to promote the full-out revolution of education system in Mainland China. This revolution involved in the complete planning and reform of the school system, including all levels of educational system of the primary schools, secondary schools, and higher education, contents of education and educational methods as well as the thought reform and promotion of the worker-peasant education etc.. In Mainland China, educational reform had two basic goals, that is, to strengthen people's identification with the country and to cultivate the adequate human resources for the construction of socialism. In other words, the goals claim that education must serve for revolution and class struggle and for development and the construction of the country. Education should serve for the political and economic ends. Firstly, this article would delineate the key points of Chinese educational framework and school system reform. Secondly, I would interpret and analyze the substantial educational policies in China from 1949 to 1957. Finally, I would review the progress of the whole period. In a macroscopic view, the policy during this period had comprehensive primary framework of the educational system and remained the relative stability despite many potential education problems. This condition made the originally planned educational goals (in the service of political and economic objectives) being leastwise achieved. |
