中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的為探討:各種含氟封閉劑中氟離子釋放量及模式,其氟離子再吸收及 再釋放的能力, 以及試樣之體積與表面積對釋放氟離子能力之影響。 試樣包括:分別添加 0%、 2%、5% 氟化鈉的化學聚合型及光聚合型樹脂型封閉劑及用來比較的玻璃離子封閉劑, 及含 2% 氟化鈉、50% 填料的複合樹脂封閉劑 (Fluroshield)。各試樣分別充填於鐵氟龍模 具中。聚合後分別置放於去離子水,每日測量氟離子釋出量為期兩週,後改為每週測量一次 ,共為期十週。後將試樣置於 0.2% 氟化鈉漱口水中處理一分鐘,再以前述方法保存、測量 。結果顯示,含 5% 氟化鈉無填料脂封閉劑在第一週釋出較高濃度的氟離子。一週後則與含 量 2% 氟化鈉無填料樹脂封閉劑類似,降至極低的濃度。樹脂類封閉劑試樣的釋氟能力與試 樣的體積大小無關,僅與曝露之表面積大小有關。經 0.2% 氟化鈉漱口水處理後,可再釋放 氟離子,但不顯著,無統計學上之意義。然而對照組之玻璃離子體封閉劑較添加氟化物之樹 脂封閉劑有較長期的釋氟能力,經 0.2% 氟化鈉漱口水處理後,可再吸收氟素並顯著釋放出 氟離子。其體積大小對單位表面積的釋氟能力有顯著的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the fluoride(F) releasing patterns of unfilled Bis-GMA resin sealants which were enriched with NaF, and, to study the ability of the F re-absorption of these sealants after being treated in 0.2%NaF solution. The specimens were prepared by adding 0%, 2%, 5% w/w of NaF, respectively, to the self-cured and light-cured resin sealant materials. Glass ionomer(GI) sealant and commercially available F-containing sealant (Fluroshild) were used as controls. Disk-shaped specimens were prepared in two sizes, 6mm in diameter with 1mm or 2mm in thickness. Spectimens were immersed in deionized water, F released into the solution was measured daily using an F electrode for the first 2 weeks, then weekly thereafter for 10 weeks. At 11th week, the specimens were retrieved from the solution and exposed to 0.2% NaF solution for 1 min. Daily measurements of F concentration were carried out for 2 weeks, then weekly afterwards. The results revealed that the sealant containing 5% NaF released more F than the sealant containing 2% NaF did. However, the GI sealant maintained longer F releasing ability than the resin sealants. F re-absorption and releasing were more prominent in the GI group than in the resin groups. |
