中文摘要 | 我們在提倡運動的同時,安全的預防也是必須強調的重點。人們可能因為一時的 大意,而使身體遭受傷害,其中最常見的傷害就是踝關節扭傷。本研究運用生理轉能器、 Bio Pac systems 等儀器,觀察12名受試者在貼紮前、貼紮後及貼紮熱身後單腳站立時, 由外力引發造成30°的踝關節內翻,測量踝關節內翻後200毫秒中,踝關節內翻角度最大改 變量,是否有不同的表現。對曾經有踝關節扭傷經驗者,在三個月以上的恢復過程後,與 無扭傷經驗者之間,內翻角度最大改變量上沒有差異。貼紮後內翻角度最大改變量較貼紮 前小,是因為貼紮有效限制踝關節活動範圍。在貼紮的情況下,熱身後與熱身前內翻角度 最大改變量沒有差異。證實貼紮再熱身20分鐘後,尚未鬆弛並具有保護踝關節的效果。在未貼 紮的情況下,有貼紮習慣者與沒有貼紮習慣者內翻角度最大改變量並無不同。但在有貼紮 習慣的受試者,在貼紮的情況下,熱身後較熱身前內翻角度最大改變量有顯著減少。無貼 紮習慣的受試者,在貼紮的情況下,熱身後與熱身前,內翻角度最大改變量不達顯著水準 。可能是因為尚未適應貼紮的緣故。就整體而言,本研究支持貼紮具有保護踝關節的效果 ,並對運動前有貼紮習慣者,給予正面的肯定。 |
英文摘要 | Preventing an injury is the upmost concern for every coaches and athletes. Using prophylactic device to prevent an ankle injury has been used for some time. The effectiveness of prophylactic taping on restricting joint range of motion has been an issue. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of prophylactic ankle taping and exercise on restricting ankle inversion during sudden inversion.Twelve athletes participated in the study. The 30 degree sudden ankle inversion motion was created by the custom made platform. Electric goniometer and Bio Pac system were used to measure the range of motion during the sudden inversion. The results showed that ankle inversion range of motion can be effectively reduced after applying prophylactic tape on ankle. Without being taped, exercise along did not affect ankle inversion motion. After 20 minutes of exercise, prophylactic tape maintained the same amount of ankle inversion motion restriction. It was than concluded that prophylactic ankle taping has a positive effect on restricting ankle inversion' range of motion during a sudden inversion. |
