英文摘要 | Many People suffer from chondromalacia patella and do not know how to deal with this condition. Symptoms typically occur when climbing up and down the stairs, deep squatting, or even after sitting through a movie. People who have large Q-angle, tilted patella, and shifted patella due to the weakness of vastus medialis oblique are more prone to suffer from the symptoms. The purpose of this article is to explain what chondromalacia patella is and the management principles of this particular condition. Authors hope that a simple exercise program can reduce the symptoms from chondromalacia patella. |
