英文摘要 | This paper presents a procedure to evaluate the damage of axially loade d wood members quantitatively. Based on the theory of elastic stability and matrix structural analysis, a scalar index defined as the remained capacity of t he fundamental buckling load is used to determine the extent of damage of an ind ividual member. For practical purpose, the damage index associated with differen t damaged factors such as damaged location, damaged type and damaged condition has been computed and tabulated. Several concrete examples are implemented on the traditional temple architectures to show the details of the procedure. |
