中文摘要 | 本研究測試樹脂黏合�G復體用之合金經不同表面處理後,對金屬與樹脂黏合劑間 鍵結強度之影響。140 個蠟型分別以鎳鉻、鈷鉻及銀鈀合金鑄造各 40、40 和 60 個圓盤狀 試片。 經磨平、 仿燒瓷過程熱處理和噴砂處理後, 相同合金二片試片成對, 進行直接以 Panavia 21 黏著或先刷上金屬底劑後再黏著, 另一組銀鈀合金試片則經鍍錫處理後再行黏 合,共分七組,每組十對試片。黏著後之成對試片經貯存及冷熱循環,以萬能材料試驗機測 試金屬與樹脂黏合劑之鍵結強度,所得數據以統計方法判讀其中的差異性。結果發現鎳鉻、 鈷鉻合金在加金屬底劑後獲得最大的鍵結強度;而鎳鉻、鈷鉻合金經噴砂及銀鈀合金經鍍錫 處理組次之,銀鈀合金經加塗金屬底劑處理或單純經噴砂處理組所獲得之鍵結強度最低。臨 床上使用金屬底劑可提升各種合金與黏著黏合劑之黏著效果,惟銀鈀合金則以鍍錫處理較為 理想。 |
英文摘要 | This study compared the metal-resin bond strength of three types of alloys with adhesive cement using different metal surface treatments. Ni-Cr、 Co-Cr and Ag-Pd alloy disks were cast, given simulated porcelain firings, then surface treated with either aluminum oxide sandblasting or metal primer application before bonding. Paired specimens were cemented with adhesive cement. Another group of Ag-Pd alloy specimens were tin-plated prior to luting with adhesive cement. Specimens were thermocycled before testing of bonding strength. The results indicate that: (1)Metal primer improved the metal-resin bond strengths of tested alloys cemented with adhesive cement.(2)The metal-resin bond strength of the disks of Ag-Pd alloy with tinplating surface treatment was significantly higher than those with metal primer surface treatment. |
