| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的乃探討牙科材料磷酸三鈣(tricalcium phosphate, TCP)的β →α相 轉變,及添加物對壓縮強度的影響。 X 光粉末繞射 (X-ray powder diffraction, XRD) 結 晶分析結果表示燒結 1200 ℃, 1 小時即可見β相磷酸三鈣 (β -TCP) 轉變為α相磷酸三 鈣 (α -TCP)。 β -TCP 分別加入 10wt%Al �� O �陛AMgO,ZO �租K加物燒結 1000 ℃,1 小時後測試,氧化鋁對穩定β相 TCP 效果最好,但對壓縮強度並未明顯有增強效果。 氧化 鋯明顯降低了 TCP 的壓縮強度;MgO 可將壓縮強度提高 20MPa,MgO 增強效果經由 X 光粉 末繞射分析顯示乃因β -TCP 部分與 MgO 反應生成氫氧磷灰石 (hydrox-yapatite) 所致 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the phase change and additive effect on compressive strength of tricalcium phosphate(TCP). After sintering at 1200 ℃ for 1 hour, β phase TCP changed to α phase TCP according to X-ray powder diffraction analysis. Three different additives Al �� O �� MgO and ZrO �� (10 wt%) were tested. After sintering at 1000℃ for 1 hour, alumina proved the best additive to stabilize the β -phase TCP as its compressive strength did not change much. Zirconia substantially decreased its compressive strength. The compressive strength of MgO-TCP increased 20 MPa. X-ray powder diffraction showed that the improvement in compressive strength of TCP by MgO is due to the formation of hydroxyapatite (HA) by reaction of β -TCP with MgO. |
