| 中文摘要 | 目的:雷射掃瞄視神經分析儀提供一個較能定量而且重覆性較高的方法來測量 視神經盤參數。本研究著重於高度近視眼視神經盤神經纖維層深度變化做一探討,了解缺 損情形及其分佈狀況。 方法:本研究收集高度近視眼20名(-9.75 ~ -14.75D),以及年齡相似,雙眼近視度 數在-3.0D以下者19人為對照組。藉由使用雷射掃瞄分析,兩組間視神經盤構造參數可被 測量,並分成四個象限來比較視神經纖維層缺損之差異。 結果:高度近視組的高度偏差(0.28±0.08mm) 呈統計上有意義低於對照組(0.36± 0.12mm)。又高度近視組的四個象限視神經纖維深度均大於對照組,但只有下側和顳側呈 有意義差異,當近視度數越深,下側和顳側的神經纖維深度越大。凹陷比例在高度近視組 也呈有意義地減少。 討論:從本研究得知高度近視眼視神經盤神經纖維層的確有具統計意義之變化 ─ 視 神經纖維層變薄而且變平,特別是下側和顳側象限。 |
| 英文摘要 | Purpose: Laser scanning topography provides a more quantitative and reproducible method to measure optic nerve head. Our study puts focus on the contour never fiber layer depth changes in high myopic optic disc. Method: This study collected 29 young high myopic eyes (-9.75D ~ -14. 75D) and an age-matched group of 19 eyes (less than -3.0D) for control. By using laser topographic scanner, the optic disc morphometric parameters between both groups were measured and divided into four sectors to compare the different NFL defect. Results: The contour variance in high myopic group (0.28±0.08mm) is significantly (p<0.01) lower than reference group (0.36±0.12mm). The four sectors of nerve fiber layer depth are larger in high myopic group, but, only inferior and temporal sectors have significant (p<0.01) difference between the two groups. The higher myopic refraction develops, the larger mean contour depth in inferior and temporal sector is. C/D ratio show smaller significantly in high myopic group. Conclusion: In this study, we know that there are anatomical changes in nerve fiber layer of optic disc in high myopes - nerve fiber layer becomes flat and thinner, especially inferior and temporal sectors. |
