中文摘要 | 本文以「中等以上學校運動成績優良學生升學輔導辦法」之保送資格內容為主題, 參酌中等學校技能(藝)競賽優勝學生保送甄試升學辦法、高中數理及語文資優保送升學辦法 等內容,闡述運動成績優良學生保送資格的現況與問題。 文中提出現有保送資格所衍生的三個爭議: (一)刪減資賦優異特殊才能的鑑定流程,降低鑑定結果的可信度。 (二)運動員對充實學力與提昇運動技能孰重?難以抉擇。 (三)是否使用智力測驗與性向測驗的困擾。 因應運動成績優良學生輔導升學資格的爭議,筆者試擬五個改進現況的策略: (一)研訂運動性向測驗量表。 (二)建立智力測驗檔案資料。 (三)簡化運動成績類別。 (四)增列嚴謹的甄試流程。 (五)刪除學力與年齡限制。 本文除提出運動成績優良學生輔導升學資格衍生的爭議,與改進策略外。對欠周延的輔 導升學資格,將會影響體育人才的培育,及運動成績優良學生的學習效果,提出誠懇的呼籲。 冀盼爾後輔導升學資格的釐訂與鑑定,能依據特殊教育的理論與法令辦理,以避免主觀的判 斷,造成人才的流失。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is mainly focused on the recommended qualifications of "Guidance Measures in the School Entrance of Gifted Athletes at the Middle-school Level or Above." Also reviewed were "Recommendations and School Entrance Measures for Gifted Art Students at the Middle School" and "Recommendations and School Entrance Measures for Senior-high Students Outstanding in Math or Language." The present conditions and problems in the recommended qualifications for gifted athletes were also illustrated. Three controversies were brought up in terms of recommended qualifications: 1. Lower appraisal credibility caused by leaving out the appraisal process for special talents 2. Athletes' difficult choice between upgrading academic abilities and upgrading sports skills 3. Problems with current intelligence and aptitude tests In working out these controversies, the author recommended five methods for improving the present condition: 1. Draft a sports aptitude test with precise measurements 2. Establish data on intelligence tests 3. Simplify the category of sports grades 4. List a more strict appraisal process 5. Leave out limitations on educational Level and age In addition to the above-mentioned, this article pointed out the influence of improper school entrance measures on the cultivation and learning performance of athletes. The author hoped that in the future, the drafting and appraisal of recommended qualifications for school entrance will be in accordance with special education theories and regulations and which will be conducive for making a fair judgement and reducing the loss of gifted athletes. |
