英文摘要 | The closed -type broiler houses with pad and fan system have been popular for Taiwan's chicken industry. The technique was a way to reduce the air temperature of inside lower than those of ambient air temperature in inexpensive energy cost. The cooling performance of this pad and fan system was evaluated in this study. A htermal environment model developed by the energy conservative principle was used to predict the air temperature gradient in livestock house. Compared with actual measured values, the deviations between the measured values and predictive values were within 0.6℃, The quantitative effects of the affecting factors, thermal cnductive coefficients of walls and roof, solar absorptivity of the outside roof surface, air exchanged rates by infiltration, ventilation rates of fans, cooling pad efficiency and number of chickens were evaluated by sensitive analysis technique. The interaction of several factors had the significant effect on the inside temperature distribution. The ventilation rates of1.0 ~1.5 times of building volumes per minute were recommended as the criterion to design the pad system. |
