中文摘要 | 本研究目的在瞭解國內優秀少年曲棍球選手的體適能水準,以及專項運動適能的 水平,和各隊之間體適能與專項適能間差異,藉此瞭解國內優秀少年男子曲棍球選手之體能 。為此以國內全國中正盃前四名隊伍,三十二名國小優秀曲棍球男子選手為對象,依據筆者 及三名資深曲棍球教練選擇之「國小曲棍球體適能測驗項目」進行兩次測試,結果如下: 1. 平均年齡 12.23 歲(標準差 0.25 ),平均球齡 1.38 年(標準差 0.4 ), 平均身高 147.41 公分(標準差 8.55 ),平均體重 37.98 公斤(標準差 6.2 )。 2. 第一次測試折返跑平均 11.4 秒(標準差 0.72 ),右手握力平均 22.14 公斤(標準差 5.49 ),左手握力平均 21.4 公斤(標準差 4.95 ),曲折跑平均 12.2 秒(標準差 1.16 ), 仰臥起坐平均 23.75 次(標準差 4.5 ),坐姿體前彎平均 28.3 公分(標準差 7.73 ),垂直跳平均 36.63 公分(標準差 6.26 ),立定跳遠平均 179.7 公分(標準差 17.58 ), 五十公尺跑平均 8.69 秒(標準差 0.53 ), 九分鐘跑平均 1823.44 公尺(標準差 258.71 ),曲折帶球平均 19.52 秒(標準差 3.35 ),擊進平均 16.81 分(標準差 3.32 )。 3. 第二次測試折返跑平均 11.2 秒(標準差 0.19 ),右手握力平均 23.04 公斤(標準差 5.1 ), 左手握力平均 22.6 公斤(標準差 4.4 ), 曲折跑平均 11.8 秒(標準差 0.59 ),仰臥起坐平均 24.1 次(標準差 4.4 ),坐姿體前彎平均 28.1 公分(標準差 7.3 ) , 垂直跳平均 37.5 公分(標準差 9.0 ),立定跳遠平均 180.3 公分(標準差 14.22 ) , 五十公尺跑平均 8.73 秒(標準差 0.39 ),九分鐘跑平均 792.1 公尺(標準差 102.9 ),曲折帶球平均 19.2 秒(標準差 1.34 ),擊進平均 16.03 分(標準差 2.87 )。 4. A 組(冠軍隊)與 B 組(季軍隊)在立定跳遠、九分鐘跑等健康適能項目及曲折跑之運 動適能項目中達顯著差異( P<.05 )。 5. A 組(冠軍隊)與 C 組(殿軍隊)在左手握力、垂直跳、立定跳遠,九分鐘跑等健康適 能測試項目, 及曲折跑、 曲折帶球等運動適能測試項目中表現較優且達顯著水準( P<.05 )。 6. B 組(季軍隊)與 C 組(殿軍隊)在曲折跑及曲折帶球等運動適能測試項目中表現較優 ,且達顯著水準( P<0.5 )。 根據結果,本研究所評估國小曲棍球選手體適能水準的數據,可作為評量少年男子曲棍球選 手體適能水準的依據,並且可作為選拔優秀曲棍球選手體適能水準的標準,在區別不同技術 層面之曲棍球選手也有一定之效果,可提供教練作為編擬訓練計畫安排訓練強度時及曲棍球 運動選材的參考。 有鑑於國內體育風氣的日益興盛,為使國內運動選手的選拔及培育工作能夠依系統化的方式 來進行,各單項運動選手體適能常模建立,實為一重要且迫切的工作。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of this study is to understand the physical fitness of the excellent elementary hockey Players in our country by knowing the differences in terms of physical fitness and specific sports fitness among hockey and the other sports. In order to achieve this goal thirty-two players from the top four teams in "Chung Tseng" championship were chosen as subjects in this study. They were tested twice on "The test of elementary hockey players' physical fitness" which is recomended by author and the other three senior coaches. RESULTS 1. Average age 12.23 years old (SD.0.25). Average playing years 1.38 years (SD.0.4). Average body height 147.41cm (SD.8.55). Average body weight 37.98kg (SD.6.2). 2. First test Shuttle run average 11.4sec (SD.0.72). Righthand grip average 22.14kg (SD.5.49). Left hand grip average 21.4kg (SD.4.95). Swing run average 12.2sec (SD.1.16). Sit-up average 23.75 (SD.4.5.). Sit-and-reach average 28.3cm (SD.7.73). Verdical jump average 36.63cm (SD.6.26). Stand-and-long jump average 179.7cm (SD.17.58). Fifty-meter dash average 8.69sec (SD.0.53). Nine-minute run average 1823.44meters (SD.258.71). Swing dribble 19.52sec (SD.3.35). Target shooting average 16.81points (SD.3.32). 3. Second test Shuttle run average 11.2sec (SD.0.19). Right hand grip average 23.04kg (SD.5.1). Left hand grip average 22.6kg (SD.4.4). Swing run average 11.8sec (SD.0.59). Sit-up average 24.1 (SD.4.4). Sit-and-reach average 28.1cm (SD.7.3). Vertical jump average 37.5cm (SD.9.0). Stand-and-long jump average 180.3cm (SD.14.22). Fifty-meter dash average 8.73cm (SD.0.39). Nine-minute run average 1792.1m (SD.102.9). Swing dribble average 19.2sec (SD.1.34). Target shooting avering 16.03points (SD.2.87). 4. Group A and group B were significantly different (P<.05) in the tests of stand-and-long jump, nine-minute run and swing run. 5. Group A and group C performed significantly better (P<.05) in the tests of left-hand grip, verdical jump, stand-and-long jump, nine-minute run, swing run and swing dribble. 6. Group B and Group C performed significantly better (P<.05) in the tests of swing dribble and swing run. Bese on the results of this study, we can evoluate the fitness level of elementary school hockey players; we can also base on the results to set up a standard for excellent players and distinguish different strengths among players; it will also serve as good resources for coaches who are making training plans or serves as good reference for this sports. As the growing popularity of sports in this country, in order to systemize the recruit and training processes, it is important and urgent for each individual sports event to establish its own fitness standard. |
