中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的,在探討檢定早期以超音波測定背脂厚度、腰眼面積及配合血漿成 分含量分析,作為產肉能力指標之可行性。杜洛克離乳仔公豬共 68 頭飼養於個檢欄中,於 30、60 及 105 kg 體重時,以超音波測定背脂厚度、腰眼面積及腰眼深度; 同時並採集頸 靜脈血,分析其血漿中膽固醇、三酸甘油酯、葡萄糖及肌酸磷酸激�t( CPK )等含量。 結 果顯示,不同體重與超音波背脂厚度間有高之相關係數( r=0.5 ∼ 0.6 )( p<0.01 ); 不同體重與超音波腰眼面積間亦有極顯著之相關性( r=0.4 ∼ 0.6 )。 體重在 65 kg 時 ,僅血漿中葡萄糖量與背脂厚度及腰眼面積間有顯著相關( r=0.2 ∼ 0.3 ),其餘性狀間 則均無顯著相關。以體重在 30 及 65 kg 時之背脂厚度與體重在 65 kg 時之腰眼深度,估 測體重在 105 kg 檢定結束時之背脂厚度,其迴歸式之 R �揚�可達 0.51;又以體重在 30 kg 時之腰眼面積、體重在 30 kg 時之皆脂厚度、腰眼深度及實測體重等,估測體重在 105 kg 檢定結束時之腰眼面積,則其R �揖i達 0.58。經由超音波測定值顯然可作為早期評估新 公豬產肉能力之有效指標,從而加速改良屠體性能,節省檢定成本。血漿成份由於所需費用 及時間較多,且效果不佳,目前尚無實用性可言。 |
英文摘要 | Sixty-eight Duroc weaning young boars wer kept in individual testing pens. When the live body weights were about 30, 65 and 105 kg, measurements of ultrasonic backfat thickness, loin-eye area and loin-eye depth, and levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, and CPK in plasma were analyzed. The correlation coefficients among backfat thickness on different live weights were significant (r=0.5 ∼ 0.6), as were the correlation coefficients among loin-eye area on different live weights (r=.04 ∼ 0.6). There was significant correlation (r=0.2 ∼ 0.3) between glucose level in plasma of 65 kg live weight and loin-eye area. the best multiple regression equation for predicting backfat thickness of 105 kg body weight (R �� =0.51) was backfat thickness of 30 and 65 kg body weight and loin-eye depth of 65 kg. The best multiple regression equation for predicting loin-eye area of 105 kg body weight (R �� =0.58) was loin-eye area, backfat thickness, loin-eye depth, and live body weight of 30 kg and loin-eye area of 65 kg body weight. All results showed that ultrasonic measurements were effective indicators of early evaluation of lean production of young boars. Analysis of plasma constituents was costly and inefficient for early evaluation. |
