中文摘要 | 永和山氣田為一斷層背斜封閉,面積約3.8平方公里,生產層之深度約3100~3400 公尺,屬逆變凝結油氣田,生產過程中氣層會有凝結油凝聚,致此種氣田之採收率通常偏低。 根據以成份模擬程式(Compositional Simulator)模擬之結果,此氣田在自然涸竭之累計採收 率為天然氣59%,凝結油僅35%。根據文獻報導,對凝結油氣田之開發,最好在降壓至產生凝 結油之前即採注氣循環之方法生產。 因目前氣層壓力已甚低,本研究乃提出三種可能之末期生產方式加以研究,第一種方式 是利用出磺坑半透膜排放廢氣做注氣循環。第二種方式是設其為自然涸竭輔以昇壓方式生 產,電腦模擬其廢棄壓力500psi時最終採收結果,研究其經濟效益。第三種方式是選取一口 井注氣一段時間,按著生產一段時間,如此重複行之,電腦模擬研究其最終採收結果,檢討 其經濟效益。 本研究最後比較此三種生產方式之投資與經濟效益,研究結果顯示,其第二種方式為最 佳生產方式,(設其為自然涸竭輔以昇壓方式生產),估計可增產天然氣3.2億立方公尺,凝 結油8.02萬公秉。另根據經濟分析,投資額4,000萬元,以氣價每立方公尺5,455元及油價 為每公秉2800元計,其投資報酬率為655%,回收年限為1.2年,淨現值為7.9億元(在10% 折現率下),極具經濟效益、值得考慮採行。 |
英文摘要 | The YHS gas field, a retrograde gas condensate reservoir, is a faulted anticlinal trap with an area of 3.8 km2. According to the results of the compositional simulator, the current gas and oil recovery factor are 59% and 35%, respectively. Generally, the best way to develop the gas condensate field is producing hydrocarbon with gas-cycling before reservoir pressure declined below dew-point pressure. Unfortunately, YHS field already produced most of the hydrocarbon. Reservoir pressure has declined below dew-point for a long time. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to figure out the best scheme of production for the final developed stage of the YHS field. The study result showed that the YHS field continually produced hydrocarbon with boosting will get the most economical recovery. Owing to depleted production with boosting, the production of natural gas can be increased by 320 MMSCM and that of the condensate by 802,000 KL. According to the economical analysis, the amount of investments in NT$ 40 millions, the rate of return is 655% and the net present value is NT$ 790 millions at 10% discount rate. Therefore, the investment of this production scheme deserves to consider. |
