中文摘要 | 國內有關求職行為的研究鮮從個人行為面的研究角度加以分析,在回顧相關文獻 後,本研究以自尊感、求職行為及社會化三者之間的關係加以探討,並引入資訊之真實性在 求職行為與社會化之間的中介角色。 經由對 393 個高科技公司員工的調查,研究結果發現 自尊感對正式訊息來源有正向之影響途徑;而非正式訊息來源及求職強度則與資訊的真實性 有關;最後,員工社會化程度的好壞與資訊之真實性之間有極大之關係。基於在研究設計上 之限制與上述的研究發現,本研究分別針對學術、求職者及企業提出相關之建議。 |
英文摘要 | The researchers seldom place the efforts on the issues of job search from the perspective of individual behavior. The present study focuses on the relationships among self-esteem, job search, and socialization. After including of mediating effect of information realism between job search and socialization, the authors find that selfesteem has positive effect on the formal information sources, and informal information sources alone with intensity of job search have positive influences on the information realism. The individual's socialization positively depends on the degree of information realism. Considering the empirical results and the limitation of research design, the present study offers some suggestions to the future study, job searchers, and practices. |
