中文摘要 | 利用長鏈氯化烷醯與天門冬酸,合成碳數為12、14、16的N-烷醯基天門冬酸鈉,並加以純化和鑑定。利用冰醋酸、醋酸鈉緩衝溶液配製成各種不同的濃度的N-烷醯基天門冬酸鈉界面活性劑溶液,並測定這些天門冬酸型界面活性劑水溶液在25℃、40℃和50℃時的表面張力,以及添加鹽類到水溶液對表面張力的影響。從測量的結果,可得臨界微胞濃度cmc)、表面超額濃度(□)、每分子在界面所佔之表面積、降低表面張力的效率及降低表面張力的效果。進而計算N-烷醯基天門冬酸鈉的微胞化及吸附的標準自由能,標準焓值及標準□值。這些結果並與N-烷醯基麩胺酸鈉的表面性質做比較,以探討分子結構與表面性質的關係。 |
英文摘要 | The sodium salts of fatty acids (soaps) have poor stability toward hard water. In order to improve the tolerance of hard water, a homologous series of sodium N-acyl aspartates were synthesized, purified, and characterized. The acyl groups are lauroyl, myristoyl, and palmitoyl. Surface properties of these high purity sodium N-acyl aspartates have been studied through surface tension measurements at 25℃、40℃ and 50℃ Efficiency and effectiveness of surface tension reduction, surface excess concentration, standard thermodynamic properties of adsorption and micellization are discussed. Comparison of surface properties of these sodium N-acyl aspartates with sodium N-acyl glutamates are made in order to study the relationship between molecular structure and surface properties. |
