中文摘要 | 本計畫旨在評估現行三段式豬糞尿處理之各單元功能及其放流水能否達到87年度 畜牧業放流水標準。計畫之進行係選擇具月較完善之三段式豬糞尿處理設施之豬場,包括嘉 義縣2戶、台南縣4戶、屏東縣2戶及台東縣3戶,合計11戶;其中3戶係畜試所及其附 屬單位為對照組,8戶係農友養豬場為試驗組。自84年7月開始,每場每月均採取固液分 離後、厭氣處理後和活性污泥法或氧化溝法處理後水樣2~4次,分析pH、BOD 、COD、 SS等項目。 經採取水樣、調查資料彙整結果,影響目前三段式豬糞尿處理水質之主要因素如下: 1.在處理設施方面,雖有足夠處理容積,但仍普遍未設置計量槽和污泥處理設施。 2.在設施之規格方面,活性污泥處理系統之終沉池未設置角錐底、擋流板及溢流堰,而 影響放流水水質。 3.在操作管理方面,大部份養豬場未設置廢水處理專責人員,因此在操作上仍有困難, 加上有些農友不太關心,而未定期排棄剩餘污泥及每日觀察活性污泥SV 之沉降性。 目前豬場之三段式豬糞尿處理,在處理設施及規格方面如參照畜試所之三段式豬糞尿處 理方式設置,並於操作管理方面設有專責人員,維持正常操作管理,經三段式處理之水質, 除COD外,如BOD及SS等管制項目,在正常操作情況下,通常可達到現行和87年畜牧 業放流水標準。惟要全年均能達到放流水標準,在目前以生物處理法為主體之處理方式下, 相當困難。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study was to evaluate the efficiencies of various three-step units in treating pig wastewater, and to determine whether the treated water could meet the 1998 ROC Effluent Standards. Accordingly, eleven pig wastewater treatment plants located in Chiayi county (two plants), Tainan county (four plants), Pingtung county (two plants), and Taitung county (three plants) were selected. Among them, three were owned by the government and eight by the farmers. Beginning in July, 1995, for each selected pig wastewater treatment plants, samples were taken from the discharge ports of the solid-liquid separator and the anaerobic and activated-sludge (or oxidation ditch) treatment units twice to four times a month for analyzing pH, BOD , COD and SS. The one-year analytical results showed that the main factors influencing the effluent quality from the three-step treatment were as follows: 1. In the treatment facilities, although the designed reactor volume was large enough for the anaerobic and aerobic treatment units, the preliminary treatment units such as bar screens and flow- measuring devices and the sludge treatment units were mostly omitted. 2. In the aspect of the detailed design, the sloping side walls, baffles and overflow weirs required for the clarifier of the activated-sludge system were mostly not installed. 3. In the operation and management, most of pig farmers did not hire a licensed operator to manage the wastewater treatment plant. Also, some pig farmers did not pay enough attention to the disposal of excess sludge, or observation on SV of activated sludge on a routine basis. Therefore, if a farmer applie the three-step process to treat the pig wastewater, the design on the guidebook published by the Taiwan Livestock Research Institute must be strictly followed. Together with the hiring of a licensed operator and properly operating the treatment units, the effluent of the three-step treatmnet will meet the current and 1998 ROC Effluent Standards, excepting COD. Since the wastewater is mainly treated by biological methods, therefore, it is very difficult for the discharged water to meet the standards all year round. |
